Important Shipping Information: Please Note:

Your order will ship either Fedex Ground , UPS or USPS. If the shipping address provided with your order does not accept any of these services, and you did not advise us in the comment section of your order, you must contact us immediately to be sure it is shipped with the proper carrier. If you do not and your package is returned to us , you will be responsible to pay the actual shipping costs to have it reshipped regardless of whether you paid for flat rate shipping or received free shipping with your order.

SHIPPING POLICY

We do our best to turn your order around as soon as possible. If you need expedited shipping please contact us directly by phone for next day or 2 day guaranteed shipping methods.

We take pride in the way we professionally and carefully package your order and insure it with the shipping carrier for its value. If for some reason your order is damaged during shipment please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Of course we will be happy to assist you with the necessary information to file the claim.

Due to the unfortunate explosion in “PORCH PIRATES” and packages that go missing we cannot take any responsibility for theft/non-delivery once an order shows “DELIVERED” on the tracking status. If this concerns you there is the option to require an indirect signature for delivery for an extra $5.00, direct signature for $8.50. Please contact us by phone at 561-676-8222 to add this service after you place your order.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES/ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Please understand that we are a small business and not a box store or a HUGE online seller. We are at the mercy of credit card merchants and shipping carriers and have no control with their methods of operation…

We will be happy to refund any shipped UNOPENED PRODUCT less a 10% restocking fee. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. If purchased at a farmer’s market stand you may exchange for a product of equal value. If lesser value you will receive a credit. There is no cash value for exchanged items. If returning the item there is a 10% restocking fee.

If you submit an incorrect address we cannot be held responsible for it being delivered there. The address you enter is the address we ship to.

If you wish to cancel an order before it has shipped, there will be a 4% service charge reduced from the total original order payment. No exceptions.

If you erroneously choose to pick up at one of our markets without shipping charges applied and then do not want to incur shipping charges and wish to cancel the order, there will be a 4% service charge reduced from the total original order payment. No exceptions.

FREE SHIPPING/DISCOUNTS CODES

Please note that FREE SHIPPING cannot be combined with any other discount codes. If you choose both we will contact you to adjust the credit card payment. If you choose to cancel the standard cancellation policy applies.
